To my surprise!
Well, I just had to share this with you guys/gals. I'm not one to indulge the least bit in my personal life online, but I can't help it here. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I haven't had anyone really do anything for my birthday in about 16 years... usually a couple cards a phone call, maybe Mom will come down, and take me out to dinner, even girlfriends never did much... (not that I need much. I really don't like a fuss being made over me. Not crazy about being the center of attention for too long, if at all)...
Well, last night my girlfriend (we've been dating for about 6 months now) wanted me to go over and see my buddy's new baby. I said later, I've seen the kid numerous times since he was born last Monday, I was in the waiting room while he was born, and I was just tired, just got home from work. But she was real persistant, then another buddy of mine came over with his wife, and his wife was real persistant about me going over there to see the baby... See where this is going? So, finally I go, and guess who's over there? All of my friends, my mother, plus cake, presents and a grill full of kabobs and steaks. I was completely shocked. I had absolutely no idea at all. She just knew I was going to catch on when the friends came over to my place...
Well, that is all just wanted to share my best birthday experience with some online friends...

Well, thanks everyone... I'm a little upset with Odin's Wrath for posting an actual picture of me. I like to keep a low profile, but I guess saying, "you just had to be there", wasn't sufficient...
Oh, I'll be 26 in a couple hours... I felt so old today. I was reading a survey, and they wanted to know my age... the categories included 20-25 and 26-30.
Oh, and J-150, you suck, now I gotta run out to my truck, and check... thanks for making me paranoid!

ah don't worry Closer... I'm just screwing with you. Im sure she didnt dent the truck.
