I don't know if the company that makes those will try to pull it off with the new 2004 model. They may be 'very limited' soon.

 

Why get a boss 5.4 when you can get an L for near the same money

 

exactly! L is the better deal hands down.
The Boss is just an appearance package.

What I really like is the "No Fear" F150, looks really cool.

A guy in our local lightning club has one (he used to have an L, so we still *allow* him to meet with us LOL)... It certainly gets a lot of looks!

You can actually get it cheaper than the L if you play your cards right.

 

go for the "L"

 

get an L and put teh $$ in the L that you would use to beef up the Boss 5.4. youll have a MUCH more badass truck

I have heard a lot of negative comments about how Boss's look, but I love them. The interior on them is awesome. The Boss's always catch my eye on the road (mainly because they're yellow or orange) but they are definately a badass truck.
