Stupid drivers

I know this has been brought up many times before, but I just had to tell about these two stupid idiotic drivers this morning. I was on my way to school and approached the turning lane I needed to be in. This section of the road is heavily congested as it is an interstate intersection. It is also 3 lanes on each side of the road. Well I have to turn at the light right before the intersection and get into the turning lane. Up at the beginning of the turn lane at the light, was a van sitting at about a 45 degree angle in the middle of the turn lane. At first I thought it may have broke down or an accident. There was another car in front of me, but then I could tell that the van waited until the last minute to decide to get into the turning lane.

Well that wasn't all of it. I am sitting third in line with maybe one or two cars behind me in a lane that can hole 10 cars easily. Then all of the sudden another car stops dead still in the middle of the thru lane beside us and motions at the driver in front of me to let her in. She was still over halfway in the other lane and people were going around her. Even a big sand truck, had to get into the other lane to go around her. Finally our light turned and everyone went.

All I know is that if I had been the car in front of me, I WOULD NOT have let that lady in front of me. Some might say that I would have been rude or something, but I have a reason. My reason is that this light has a long turning lane, there were not many cars in line, and this lady waited until the last freaking minute to decide to turn. People like this really tick me off

There is nothing worse than sitting at a light or sitting in traffic in a turn lane and then someone jumping in front of you at the last possible minute. If I am in that situation, I ride as close to the bumper of the car in front of me that I can without hitting them. I have seen people go all up in the grass at intersections to make a turn because they weren't in the proper lane to turn.

IDIOTS!!!

I hear you loud and clear!

That kind of thing is a daily occurance for me. It seems like there is a large percentage of people driving around with their head up their a$$!

I hate the idiots that can clearly see that a construction zone is coming up and the signs clearly say "MERGE NOW" but they think they are going to be smart and rush up to the place where the highway actually turns into one lane and force their way in. I never let those loosers in. I had a brain and merged when the signs told me to, so there is no way that I am letting a freak pull in front of me that just cut all the way up to the front of the line. If these idiots would just merge over when they are supposed to, the traffic would flow a lot smoother. /rant off/

This happens all the time at the freeway entrance I take coming home from work. I hold pretty close to the car in front of me as well (when there is an opportunity for merging) becuase of these morons. The only way I'll consider letting them in is if they have their blinker on, even then my rule is 1 car a day.

Come on folks, give them a break. I'm sure they are taking a very important cell phone call and don't have the time to worry about things like driving. Use your heads people, I shouldn't have to point things like this out.

Its either because they are distracted by the phone or whatever and forget that they need to turn or realize they have to get over. If it isn't that, then they are just in too big of a dang hurry to get somewhere. That is what really gets on my nerves. Is when someone comes into the store I work and when they have to wait they start freaking out and start saying they are in a hurry and have to be across town in ten minutes or something like that. I feel like telling them they should have left earlier. Then when they get in a hurry, they have to drive like maniacs to get there on time. And to top it off, they are probably on a cell phone at the same time. Then they realize at the last second that they are where they are supposed to turn or in a the wrong lane.

It is also bad when there is a lane that turns and is clearly marked well enough back that people will know that it turns. And they still wait until the last second to get over.

I really agree with all of you. Nothing worse than someone charging up to the beginning of the merge lane, than just moving left into the lane of traffic. BUT, I've learned that there are always people who will let them in as I sit fuming in the line that got in the correct lane as soon as possible. I have begun a new approach, I am the one in the right lane, I go as far as possible, then put my directional signal on to merge left. Works every time, and I never have to wait in the left lane again while car upon car races by on the right.
Until someone comes up with a better solution, I will take advantage of all those spineless creatures of habit that let me, and every other car, in the left lane.

I wish you people would quit whining about me.

I let you drive on MY road and when you get in MY way when I want to turn. You get angry and complain.

If you don't like how I drive on MY road then just stay off of it.

SHeesh , some people are just ingrates.
