Yep, finally changed.
That 'Raoul Sucks' title was pretty bad but, that's what happens when you owe the webmaster money.
I'm good to go now.

I still find it strange, Raoul can change his membertitle on the fly.
Only webmasters and super(moderators) can do that on forums.
And no offense to goat herders but I don't think they can find loopholes in the bulletinsscripts
This confirms my suspicion that Raoul is some kind of MUC
