Whats the big deal about "Never Seen Rain"?
Whats the big deal about "Never Seen Rain"?
When looking through ebaymotors I always see "Never been in rain." Whats the big deal about not ever seeing rain? Is it the rain that damages paint or something?
"Low Milage" on a chevy means "Broke Down Often"
The real question is how many hours has it sat on the side of the road (look for stone chips on drivers side) or at the repair shop (look for belt buckle scratches on top of fenders).

Unless it is a collector’s car anyone putting “never been in rain” is lying out their butt…
The rain will not hurt an automobile unless the owner is the type to never take care of it and even then there is little damage the rain can do. Now if you’re talking road salt like back east, well you will know from all the rust…

When you drive a car or truck in the rain, all the dirt and garbage stuck to the surface of the road fly up and get in the underside of the engine and can get in parts, cause corrosion and rust quicker then it will driving it in rain and snow.
