Jim Beam Warehouse on Fire in Kentucky

If I recall correctly - a barrel of bourbon only has like ~35 gallons in it after 8 years. It is then water down to make ~50-55 gallons of 90 proof bourbon.

You're right on the water and such. Water is the ONLY thing that can be used to cut Bourbon and still call it Bourbon....
You can get into some of the 'higher dollar' types that aren't cut as much and have much higher proofs.
Are you all doing any air permitting for BT? I hadn't considered chasing that end of the work but, having done some air work in the past, it might be doable. *shrugs* God knows they MUST have permitting requirements.... and for that case, I'm sure they're Title V with that much VOC.

*shrug* We aren't in this office, but the office in Louisville might be. We don't do much w/ air here.
I don't know what all we are doing down there, but I know we're designing new storm/sanitary sewers, and we've designed chillers - they just call me when some engineer doesn't want to get dirty.

Trust me... I understand.
I typically get the call when we have to put in 829 monitoring wells to 80 feet with it snowing and a windchill of neg. 20.
I'm low on the pole too man...
For example, I stood outside in HEAVY rain all day yesterday bailing 16 wells that were 30 feet deep...
