On the way down my street tonite I was passing a house that has been getting a major addition put on. In the front yard was a Chevy Avalanche that was stuck. I recognized the truck as belonging to the owner so I stopped. He had pulled in to check on the job, but got stuck trying to get out because of the loose soil and all the rain we've had lately.

I threw him a tow strap and yanked him out in no time. After he was on the street he asked, "What have you got in that thing?" I said, "The 4.2L V-6." He looked at me a long time and said, "Probably should have gotten the Ford."

Did I mention that I was towing a 3000# trailer at the time?
