Question Ok guys...tell me what you think

I am looking at purchasing a set of wheels for my truck since mine are starting to look so poor (chipped clearcoat, wheel is corroding). I found a distributor of Eagle Alloy Wheels on Ebay and here is the deal that he is willing to give me.

16x8 Eagle Alloy Series 589, they are polished aluminum.
$80 per wheel (Summit, and my local tire dealer sell them for $120 apiece)
$20 for a set of 4 chrome center caps
$20 for a set (24 total) chrome lugnuts and 4 chrome valve stems
Shipping to my door figures out to $45

So for a total of $405 I can get these wheels delivered to my door complete with everything I need. If I bought them in town I would spend $480 on the wheels alone plus the cost of center caps etc.

Here is a quick photoshopped pic of the wheels on my truck.

Sound like a good deal to you guys?

I have the Eagle alloy series 102. Major pain to clean. I'd think twice about polished aluminum.

Im not afraid of that...

Im not sure about the 102's but the surface of these wheels is very easy to clean...not many nooks and crannies to get into. I have a buddy with polished aluminum wheels and he has some awesome polish and special wheel wax that he applies. He does it once a month...other than that he just hoses them off.

I am very wary of chrome wheels and clearcoated alloys...I drive alot of gravel roads, and MN winters (=SALT) gets into those chips and starts to corrode things real fast. All the polished aluminum needs is a little extra elbow grease to keep them looking good.

I kick my self in the butt every time I have to spend an hour on each wheel polishing them...go with chrome.
