Looks like something Red Green would come up with. I wonder if they attached the drums with duct tape? Reminds me of the time that Red made a personal watercraft out of an old Ski-Doo snowmobile. He just duct taped some drums onto it!

Gotta give them credit though...it was a pretty dang good idea.
