Is He Right?

A "Liberal" Acquaintance of mine emailed me this link today.
This was due the "Bush" argument we had a few days ago.
I suggested that Bush will be reelected, and this is what made him go ballistic (he is a very passionate individual, and epitomizes the Canadian that most Americans dislike.

You know the type, he carries the "starving artist" motif very well, if there's a rally, he is there, boycotts American companies (McDonalds, etcetera) because he believes this will make a difference.

Now the link below is his argument for why GW won't get reelected.
What do you guys think?

Oh yea he is really getting my vote. Considering how the economy is now struggling, the government has a larger deficit, and he is picking a fight with any country who he has problems with. On top of that he probably exagerated Iraq's military threat. Oh yea we really need to relect him. I mean none of his promises are coming true. Has Ossama Bin Laden been brought to justice? At least before the war we knew what Suddam Hussein was doing. Now they have no clue where he is. I'd say we need a change. At least when Bill Clinton was in office we could get a laugh when the nightly news came on...

Whether we voted for or against the president, he is our country's president, and we should support him. Also, its been shown that the economy dips up and down, I don't think we can blame the economy on the president. It is weird how the war has created a deficit, war usually spurs the economy (WWII helped to bring the US out of the depression). God bless the U.S.

First off the bad economy was handed to President Bush by Clinton, second 9/11 was a real knock out for the economy, those that can not understand that have NO clue how the economy actually works.

President Bush will get reelected for a few reason, first he is honest and people actually believe him whereas with Clinton NOBODY could believe him. Second and most important the 2004 election will be about National Security and the choice is:

1. Protect America (Republicans)

2. Protect terriost and/or do as they say. (Liberals democrats)

Which will you choose? What is going on now in the press is a fight between the cowards and those that know what must be done. The cowards are the ones running around worried about what is going on in Iraq. Are service members getting killed? Yes they are and why? Because the terriost know America very well, they know if they can erode public support for America staying in Iraq and finishing the job they (terriost) will win and have control back. Every time they see people over here on the press whining about how we need to leave and shouldn’t be there gives them more resolve to go kill more American service members, if you don’t believe that your living in a cave.

As far as the “few” service members whining over in Iraq about coming home they need to remember they are “professional” solders, not citizens solders (drafted) but professional they signed the papers and dieing, as cruel as it may sound, IS a very possible part of the job description. That does not mean I think any death of a service member is ok, but I was in the service and IT IS a possibility and you KNOW that going into it. Therefore, the few running their mouths, will indeed face punishment for doing so because their job is to follow the orders of their superiors and not to act in an insubordinate manner, therefore they will be rightfully punished as they should be. In the military there is NO room to hear others opinions on what they “think” should be done or happen, there only job is to shut their mouth and do as told to do PERIOD that is how it works, its not a union or a job you put a 2-week notice in for. If it were that way then there would be NO America today.

You see the big problem we face today is what Clinton left behind. Since Clinton had no respect for the military anyway he used them for what ever he felt. When something went bad, like “Black Hawk Down” he ran like a little coward with his tail between his legs. That is EXACTLY what the terriost are hoping for now. Only problem there pulling this crap against the wrong man, because he is indeed a MAN, not a COWARD like Clinton was.

The majority of Americans approve and agree with what Bush is doing now even with the deaths everyday of service members.

As far as there being WMD’s and people arguing over it, mainly the liberal democrats well that is absolute suicide for the liberal democrats. Reason being is all most everyone of them stated during the Clinton years that there was in FACT WMD’s in Iraq, so why now do they think there is none? POLITICS and they do NOT care if innocent American civilians die. They would love to see some more jets fly into high rises because then they have a great chance of regaining power. That is the fact and that is the truth, liberals are not concerned with National Security only regaining power. However, there is a big problem with that which is the majority of Americans see them for who they really are, and therefore will return Bush to the white house and republican majorities to both houses.

Americans are not stupid like the liberals wish for and since they can’t make any of their agenda stick they are prepared to bring great harm to this country all in the name of regaining power.

Here is the thing, once Saddam is found and KILLED the WMD’s and/or proof of where they are WILL be found and the majority of Americans know this as well. This spells dooms day for many liberals for decades to come and that is why you see them running around like the cowards they are.

I can tell you this from experience that the few (and I stress few because the vast majority of service members are heroes and are brave and not coward) whining in the military both active and reserves are the ones that thought they were going to get a free ride and some money for education and are now pissed that they actually have to do what they signed up to do PROTECT AMERICA even if it means costing you your life.

Many of the biggest whiners are in the reserves, and why are they whining? Because they are loosing money. We had a guy were I worked who thought it was so unfair he actually had to be called up. However he had no problem with doing one weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer and then get a nice check after the age of 60 on top of any retirement for the rest of his life, didn’t have a problem with the free or cheap schooling for being in the guards, but actually having to do the job that he alone signed a paper to do was a problem. That my friend is a free-loader. I do not feel bad for him in any way. I had the opportunity to be in the guards but choose not to for that very reason, I knew I could not afford to be called up because of raising my daughter and a nice pay cut if called to active duty. Every reserve persons KNOW’S this as well when signing on the dotted line, so to whine about it now, in my opinion is useless.

The reason it pisses me off so bad to hear about a few whine asses in the military is because it gives the vast majority of them a bad name, the ones putting their life’s on the line every single freaking day and when the terriost hear about a few whining its like smelling BLOOD and they go after more of the brave service members who would give their life in a heart beat for another and this country. Those that whine in the military should feel absolutely ashamed of themselves because they make it even more possible for one of their brothers or sisters in service to be killed because they are a coward or a free loader.

So to those that think we should pull out of Iraq and stop what we are doing I say STOP acting like a freaking coward, get some ***** and stand up for what you believe in. If you truly believe in America and that America deserves to be as free as possible of terriost attacks stand behind the military and if you stand behind the military it means you stand behind their commander in chief which is OUR President. You can not stand behind one and not the other, they are BOTH the same.

YES, President Bush will be re-elected so your friend is WRONG so very dead WRONG…

Yep I didn't have to read it. I already know what it says

I think, Bush is too secretive. He's our president, not our dictator and when presidential debates come along, he will need to answer questions that he likely won't be able to. He won't be able to hide or point blame at someone else any longer.

And President Bush does indeed answer the questions that need to be answered and takes PERSONAL RESPONSILIBTY for going to war and what is going on in Iraq. You never hear President Bush say some dumbass thing like:

“I didn’t know about that until I read it in the paper”

Something Clinton ALWAYS loved to say. Just thank the good Lord that Clinton is gone or about the only thing that would be happening is him launching missiles at aspirin factories…

The big problem most liberals have with Bush is first he IS credible and the public knows that, second he is not afraid to tell the American public the way it is with no sugar coating. You never heard him say “We will be in Iraq for 6 months and then we will leave” Something Clinton loved to do, give a time table but then it was never met unless he was running away with his tail between his legs.

Most importantly is that President Bush is NOT afraid to lead. Clinton never lead anything but perhaps the meetings at the weekly polling sessions which would dictate to Clinton what he should say, how he should feel, and what direction he should take.

Being a true leader is not about what is going on in the present, or what others around you are saying, what is important as a leader is doing what YOU honestly feel is in the BEST INTEREST of those your leading, not your OWN best interest.

The liberals are very nervous and very scared and will say anything including lying to try to grab some type of control for themselves. It is fun watching them all freak out…

I find it intresting that every artical I found by the same author was slanted against Bush or the current administration.

With that said He will most likely not be getting my vote. I like the way he has handled most of the things he has had to deal with but he has not rejected, vetoed, rallied against a single spending bill to come across his desk. The Federal Government is too big and taxes are too high and the only way to reduce taxes is to reduce spending.

Ok...so now I guess I'm out...I'm not a republican...nor am I a democrat....nor am I a republicrat. I'm a Libertarian. For more information please visit www.lp.org and thank you for your time.

You know if I could write as well as 01...I would probably write too much too

Another thing is so far the Dems don't have any real solid candidate for pres. That could change I suppose.

One interesting thing I heard involving this whole NAACP thing where the dem. candidates didn't show up. The story goes that Al Sharpton got up before the crowd a couple days later (after failing to show for the first meeting) and bragged about how he was the only dem candidate that did prison time. The scary thing is they gave him a standing ovation for that comment. Then (I think) Kary got up and said he had served jail time too. WTF is this? These guys pandering the black vote after they made them mad for not showing up initially. The whole thing is really kinda sad. Lieberman made some comment too but I don't know a whole lot about that. (source Glen Beck program )

Now I know ALL politicians pander to sertain groups, but let's have some dignity for pete's sake.

On that point I absolutely agree with you on. He needs to be more serious about CUTTING the fat, the give-a-way programs have got to go. I have always said the first thing that should be funded completely is the MILITARY, if there is any money left after that then and only then can they start handing it out to the other programs. For without military protection there would be NO other programs to worry about...

We need MORE tax cuts, and MORE spending cuts..

01, time to get off that same old tired horse and come up with solutions. So far, I see nothing positive from this administration. This administration is run by a bunch of screw ups.

Anybody want to talk about polls? Look at Karl Rove and the influence he has over this president. Karl Rove watches the polls and tells Bush what to do.

Bush is our president and we should support him? Did everybody support Clinton? Of course not, so why the hell should we support Bush?? Oh, only the Republicans can dissent and not the Democrats? That's what some of you are saying, aren't you? Get real! I have a feeling that some of you would like to take that right away from us by changing the Constitution.

Is Bush vulnerable in the next election? Hell yeah. He'll come out of this thing either looking like a deceitful person or he will come out of it looking like a talking head. He or his handlers have put him into a no-win situation.

Some things to think about:

Congress has been under Republican control for how long? Hmmm????

The Konservatives have been in control of all branches of government for the past how many years? Hmmm???

Time to quit blaming Clinton for everything that the Republicans are screwing up or have been a party to.

Hell, even Greenspan is saying the continued deficit spending is weakening our economy. Oh, didn't you say deficit spending is good for the economy? I guess you know more than Alan Greenspan.

One last thought. I wonder if the support for this war would have still been there if we had the draft again? I bet things would have been different.

Hmmm, seems we have an unhappy liberal camper among us. Dennis it is funny you would like me to remain quite about facts, and when solutions are talked about by me you go and ask for me to come up with solutions. I have always had solutions, or at least proposed solutions like many in the Republican Party have.

What you continually fail to see, because you just don’t want to believe it is the FACT that the liberals do NOT and have NO solutions to any problems. Are any of the current liberal wishful presidential candidates talking about solutions? NO, they continue to use there 40 year old play book, BLAME, BLAME, BLAME everyone else. When they are not blaming they are LYING to the public.

Since you seem to be blinded by the sideswipe of honesty and truth that currently resides at the white house let me open a few doors to you about “positive” things that have happen.

First, we are beginning to get out of the Clinton recession. You liberals can whine all you want about “It’s time to stop blaming Clinton” but the fact remains, at least for anyone that has at least a “bit” of understanding how the economy actually works is the fact the recession was Clintons, and further hurt by 9/11. It has NOT yet been affected by any thing President Bush has done.

The tax cuts we just had to help big business and small business alike we not fully mature for at least a few years and could take as long as 5 years. That is how it works, just because a business has received a tax cut does NOT mean an immediate increase in business, profits or hiring. It is geared toward capital equipment and research and development.

Perfect example, the tax cuts by President Reagan took many years to come to fruition and then from that we had the 90’s that’s right the 90’s of which some give Clinton credit for was the works of President Reagan. Only those who really know how the economy and Washington policies work know that is a FACT. The economy we are in now is due to Clinton, the economy we have 5 years from now will be due to Bush, good or bad that is how it works.

Ok, more positive, have you seen what has been happening in the Middle East lately, particular Israel and Palestine? More then anything Clinton could have wished for when trying to FORCE feed the Israeli’s into giving the store away for some type of peace. That’s right some real progress is being made. Is it a lot? No but it is moving in a good direction something Clinton just could not make happen.

Another positive thing for you, how many terriost attacks have we had against American targets at home or overseas, including easy and soft targets? The military does not count. You guessed it very little to none, not like when Clinton was in office and when ever one happen Clinton acted tough “This is the last time, next time…” the man would say that time and time again.

Right now the terriost are running scared because the only thing that scares terriost is POWER and someone that will ACTUALLY use it rather then just running their mouths like most liberals do.

Want something negative? Ok I’ll give you one which is the liberals running their mouths giving the terriost the courage they need to strike out and kill innocent American’s so they can help their liberal buddies persuade the American public its not good to stand up to the school bully and to just give the bully their milk money.

The republicans have had control over both houses and the white house for a very short time. This is compared to both house’s being controlled by the democrats for about 40 years. In 40 years a lot of things happen, a lot of mistakes and a lot of huge programs. We had 8 years of a white house to chicken sh*t to stand up to terriost so they have a mindset that America is WEAK and all they need to do is kill some service members and drag things out a bit and the short attention span of the majority American public will perhaps persuade the public to start wanting to pull out of Iraq and handing a win to the terriost.

It truly is about “The strong will survive” the question is who will be the “strong” the American publics resolve to face a challenge head on or to coward away with our tails between our legs as the liberals would have us do and then making the terriost the “strong”?

That is the truth and that is the fact, it is either us America or the terriost. I do NOT care what any liberals tells you there is NO middle ground there is NO compromise to believe so is to believe that giving the school bully your milk money will insure he never bothers you again.

Look what happen in North Korea with the liberals “compromises”…

Did you misspell conservatives on purpose? If so, I don't think you have any write to criticize our views or opinions if someone uses a slang term, you just did exactly the opposite of what you've been preaching about.
