Looks like a 6x8 oval under that cover. For some reasons thats all Ford seems to use anymore.

As for the wattage not much. If you switch to an aftermarket stereo you'll start pushing the speakers to their limit. I'd guess they're rated at around 22 Watts RMS.

Not sure on the watts however; I would guesstimate a minimal amount...

They are definately 6X8s though.

Ah, just replace them with Pioneer 2-way 6x8's w/ the compression horn tweeter in the front, and either 2-way or 3-ways Pioneers in the rear. Regular cab - 2ways since you won't hear much highs, Club/X-Cab 3-ways.
