Ads on the left side???

I was wondering if you got any $ or free advertising by putting those ads here? I mean its not like they are the cheapest places for parts and I'am 100% sure none of us uses those links. So do they benefit the site in any way?

Yeah, they keep this site open for free. Just think of the operating costs involved. If not for the adds, there might be a membership fee involved. Which might not be a bad thing

Just think of how many trolls would be "trolling" if they had to pay to "troll"

Just like Gator said, they are there to supplement the costs of running f150online.com (I assume).

I don’t see anything wrong with them. As long as we don’t start having pop-ups or what ever you call them then I think it’s fine. They don’t seem to take up any space, everything is still the same size as far as the threads go so it’s not like they are taking up prior used space.

Though it’s none of my business I wonder just how much it does cost to keep this site going. I would imagine it is NOT cheap or some little side project. This is a very professional site compared to others I have seen and very easy to get around so I have no problems with the ads.

Like the other fine gentlemen stated this could turn into a pay site so any outside help makes it just that much better…

What do you mean? How could you not see all those great specials? I mean, how can you pass up the deals from: The American Red Cross, Peace Corps, Habitat for Humanity, Donate to Charity, and American Cancer Society.
