Jimmy "icy hot stunta thug type R" Smith was paralized from the waist down in a steet race against a Freightliner Coronado when he mis-shifted from D to R in his 1989 Toyota Corolla. His Corolla veared in front of the Coronado and was rear-ended when the truck was unable to stop.
