I drove a Ram today...
...and surprisingly, it was nice. I dunno if I'd want one though, because it doesn't say Ford on it. But it did handle nicely, rode nicely, and I liked how high you sit up in it. But I think my family would disown me if I got a Dodge

I parked my 98 next to one like a month ago, and I well, felt small. he sat about 6 inches higher than I did, but was only 3-4 inches longer. If you need to build such a big truck to just drive around and look pretty in, well you must be lacking in some places.

My wife works at DCX and brought home a Ram 2500 2wd Crew 8' box with the Hemi for a weekend. Hard to compare to a loaded 4x4 supercab F-150, but that engine trany combo was excellent. Ride was very stiff unloaded. But when it came right down to replacing our Supercab, we spent our bucks on a Supercrew. IMHO, it is the better truck overall, especially with the great experiences we had with the Supercab. I can only hope our new one treats us as well.

Yeah, thats what I heard. But, according to the salesman, they have a new 5 speed automatic transmission designed and built by Mercedes, so its supposed to be better. And they have that 7 year, 70k mile powertrain warranty. But it'd probably be in the shop alot still. If it said Ford on it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat
