Keyless Entry Code

Hey Guys,

The previous owner didn't know the keyless entry code when he sold me the car. Whats the easiest way to obtain this code and how much is it gonna cost me?

Thanks!
Mike

There may be a sticker on the computer case. Check by pulling the right kick panel away.

Good luck,

The Merc Sable I owned once had the code somewhere in the trunk.
Take a look, you might find a sticker back there with the code on it.

Not sure about Ford specifically but, I know the Nissans had a sticker somewhere on them that detailed the codes...

The problem with Nissan was that they put them in one of about 20 places thus, finding the code could take upwards of 4 hours... it was a beast but I finally found it on my mom's old maxima. LOL!

Check under the dash on the driver's side...there should
be a white label with a five digit number on it somewhere
along with some other writing. That's where it's at on my
2001. On the Ford cars it usually in the trunk I believe.
