Congrats man!

I bought my house when I was 18. Sure it was investment property but it certainly made me proud to own a home. Now a year a half later I am selling and making a killing! Can't go wrong there. If I didn't have all these bills I would be taking the money I am making and using it as down payment for a house. I just don't think I am ready at this point in my life though.
