made in canada?

i never realy read the sticker on my trucks's door but today i decided to check it out (guy / truck moment), and noticed that it was made in Canada. is that why the destination charge is $740?

ps.
i realy don't care where it was made just wanted to know if it's a common thing.

my 98 reg cab s/box was built in Ontario

my best buddy works there so I hear all the dirt from him

like the custom yellow Lightning built for Jac Nasser...

but yeah, these days all production is supercabs in luxo trim.

all reg cabs, Harleys and SCrews are built elsewhere

I wish mine would do mid 13's in the quarter, in stock trim!
(I would sacrifice fuel mileage for speed in a second!)

Mine was built in Ontario and is holding up well. Good job you folks for the Great White North!
