This mental patient was apprehended after she was caught trying to escape from the Texas State Mental Institution. The Gaurds caught her 5 miles down the highway, sniffing a bottle of Zaino with Burt Reynolds "a.k.a. 01" in a Silver Ford Truck. Burt was questioned and soon released. And the gaurds got his autograph.
