2 Fast 2 Furious Opens today...

What did you think?

Personally it was alot better than the first one. A little dissapointed that the only Ford truck was a boss F150 with a black billet grill. The saleen was about the best accident of the whole movie.

It pains me to watch that Saleen get destroyed... even if it is just Hollywood magic... (I think it was fake at least)...

Haven't seen it yet.. .I'll wait and download it in a few weeks.

Bunch of people were pealing out when the movie was over and they were seating up some lines for people to walk thru to buy tickets. I'd say there is gonna be some tickets given out tonight. By the cops and the movie theatre.

Dumbest movie that I have ever seen. What a waste of $. Do not make a mistake. Even the first one was better.

What can you expect from someone who lives in Hell.

I'm not going to watch it until it comes out on DVD. I can't catch the full effect of a movie unless I watch it at home on my wide screen. Can't beat surround sound in your own living room.

Whatever you all do...

Be careful out there. There are going to be a bunch of adrenaline pumped idiots in NOS powered ricers running around looking for a race (this applies to you L guys mainly). I don't want to hear any stories about someone street racing and wrapping a car around a pole.

Cops are on alert and know that this movie is hitting in the theatres. I've already heard stories of some districts bumping up forces SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THIS MOVIE...

Just be careful out there... destroying your truck or worse, your life, isn't worth it for a civic!

Well me and the fiance just had to go see this one. Mainly to see how bad it was compared to the first. IMO it was pretty damn good. I'm not totally biased on the whole "ricer" vs "domestic" thing. If I could afford both then I'd be in heaven. Sure some of the crap is gay and fake as hell, but the true tuners have some neat tricked out stuff. The theater I went to was packed with way too many kids that looked way to young to even be thinking of driving. Maybe I am getting old, god I hope not.
Anyways back to the movie. It was shame about the Mustang and I thought I seen a Lightning bolt on the fender of the yellow Ford, fiance agrees with you guys and says it's a boss. At least I know I'm teaching her right, if she can tell before me. The Yenko and the Hemi were mghty sweet cars obvisoiusly sponsered by Year One, I liked Brian's Skyline too. Also, in the big chase seen when all the cars pull out of the warehouse you see for a second what I thought was the red rx-7 from the first movie, instead of saying veilside on the rear it said Sparco. Am I wrong? It would have been better with at least a few of the old characters, but oh well. IMO it was worth the $ to see.

I personally loved the movie, even though I hate rice. As much as I hate rice, I really like the Skyline now. I have actually been researching it, and would really like to own one some day.

I thought it was much better than the first one.

I think what Rock meant was that all those "idiot ricers" would be targeting you "L guys" for a race. At least I hope he wasn't calling all you L guys idiots that's one post war I wouldn't want to see.

Have any of you guys heard of a rerelease of the original The Fast and Furious". Supposedly there's a new version out with some bonus footage and storyline of how Brian ended the first movie and how he came to be in the second one. Just trying to confirm this.
