Alaska is, without a doubt, the most beautiful place I have ever been. I have lived in 6 different states and visited a total of 21. I have never seen anything that compares. I only have this one picture on my computer right now. Its looking through an tunnel formed out of glacier ice. Glacier ice is the most amazing shades of blue. Anyway, just wanted to share it.

Thanks Serotta....

My wife is an amateur photographer and really believes
in the black and white film. She has won a couple of
prizes locally and nationally for her pictures. Thanks
again.

I've been to Alaska twice and have to agree with it being more beautiful than any picture could ever show.

I'll always remember the time I was stranded in Juneau with 12 cents in my pocket, and the shirt on my back.

I managed to get out alive!

I can imagine how upsetting that must have been for you.

Yep, I took that photo. I enjoy photography and even won second place in a local contest with that picture!! I'm going to scan a few more "Alaska" photos and put them in my gallery for anyone who's interested. Probably in the next few weeks.

trapper, did your wife take that photo? I would be interested in seeing some of her work. The b&w does make an eye-catching statement doesn't it.
