Habibi..... The Ford Rally engineering group decided sometime last year to lower the drivers seat slightly and the navigator's seat all the way onto the floor to do everything they could to get the center of gravity in their cars down. The car in the pic is driven by Marco Martin who is a maniac!! He's a true up-and-comer on the European Rally circuit, and a blast to watch drive!

I know that's probably way more information than most of you needed regarding Rally racing. I just find myself to be in the minority of US citizens that follow this type of racing throughout the season. I really love this stuff! Cool pic man!!

Thanks for the info Mike, that's interesting to know.
Isn't that the Focus RS? I thought I heard Ford was selling a Focus RS somewhere in the world, and it came with a turbo, anyone know anything about that?

BigDeal,

It's not Ford but the Subaru WRX.
You might want to check out this photoarchive from a lot of rallies.
Awesome pics.
I really love the Subaru WRX probably my next car if not a F150.

Forgive me, but you and I can't be looking at the same pic. I was talking about the pic Habibi posted when he started this thread. If you look at that pic you can clearly id the car as a Ford Focus (the Ford Blue Oval is clearly visible in the grill).

I too am very found of the Subaru WRX. However, I very recently drove a 2004 Mitsu Evo VIII that a friend was considering buying. What a car! If you get the chance to drive one, take it! Can't wait to see the Evo VIII do battle with the soon to be available Subaru WRX STi.

Mike, forgive me my grammar all I meant to say was that the link I posted was not about Ford but about Subaru.
I thought maybe you are one of those Ford only guys.
That's why I wrote ït's not (a) Ford but (a) Subaru.
Of course I know it is a Focus on Habibi's picture.
My brother has a Focus too and occassionally I am driving it too.
Nice car, very smooth.

No problem. No, I'm not just a Ford guy, I really dig 'em all (Peoguet, Mitsu, Subaru, Ford, Citroen). By the way, thanks for the link(s) I enjoyed flipped through the pics.

Take care.
