Web sites for adding animation

This will get tossed pretty quick but I may get the answer first. Within the last 2-4 days, someone posted some neat animation dealies on a thread that was either Lightning or General Discussion forums. Had two sites to go to. I have searched for an hour and cannot find the thread. Anybody out there that can help?

It gave the web addresses of two sites that have literally thousands of animated clips/pics that I assume you can download and add to messages such as these. There were a couple of examples in whichever thread it was. Many of the clips were static also, sort of like RockPicks pick. Just a neat little add on if I can find it.

Try: http://hotbar.com/ They have a pretty good selection of animation to choose from.

Rockpick is the one that posted the links. If you do a web search for "animated gifs" you should find a ton. He's got a bunch in his gallery too. My gallery has a few also.

I guess the question would be since I don't know anything about web sites is if Steve the Webmaster is ok with the animations. I wonder if it hurts performance of this site?

Thanks all as usual.

Sure got moved in a hurry, didn't it.
I can handle it from here and use the google etc. as the ones I saw the other day were a little different.
As to band width problems, most are pretty small and the "static" ones are very small. I can also use them on regular e-mail.
