****, Im from Tampa and I want Jersey to win. I have never taken to the lightning like I have the devils. I say the series is going to end 4-1 devils....I think the lightning might pull a squeaker off at home but thats all...

If the Lightning don't play any better than they did last night, it will be over quick
Still sticking to a Lightning win in 6. Atleast until saturdays game

If you ever been to a Devils game, its like sitting in a funeral palor, now go to MSG and attend a Rangers game, its like there are 50K people in the arena. Electricity in the air

, or watching Bobby Holik and Messier practicing on "Golden Tee" at RJ's bar.Being at a Devils playoff game is very different than being at a regular season game.

sad thing is, devils are consistantly in contention, and you can still buy tickets on game day for the playoffs.
not alot to be said for paying through the nose for tickets at an arena in the middle of a 'swamp'.
i wonder if they did move to newark or hoboken if it would help their attendance. at least, the should move somewhere where mass transit goes...
couldnt hurt.

Last night's game there were only like 15K people there and that's pretty sad. Saturday should be more packed though.

But 94 was a very good year....hehe
Don't get me wrong, I love the Devils and root for them, but the Rangers was the first hockey team I was exposed to. Use to go see 15/20 games a year back in 89/99. Was a great time at the games and riding the trains to NYC. I use to live in Rutherford and went to a few Devil games, but could get into it much
But I did make the Stanley Cup parade in the parking lot.Now if they build the arena in Newark.......thats work for me and my fellow construction workers, so I could change teams!
Still an Lightning fan until I stop driving my truck
