2001 Mustang

Ok, i know this is off-topic for an F150 site, but i am thinking about buying a mustang for the wife. This web site has been a lot of help for me with my truck, i would like to find something a long the same lines for the mustang. Any ideas.

www.blueovalnews.com has some interesting articles abou the Mustang safety. I used to own a 90 GT (very fun car). The back seat was pretty much a joke.

All of the above sites are very good...

Also check out my website...www.streetknights.com There are a bunch of "Mustang" lovers and owners on there, and they can help you with anything and everything!! I am sure they would love to give you some tips on what to look for when buying a used stang, what is common in that year, etc.

Good luck to you!!

If you look in the right places, you can find one hell of a deal on stangs. Here in Danville, I found a 2002 GT 5-spd for $18,990. It had 11K miles on it, and absolutely nothing wrong; the only thing the owner had done to it was tinted the windows really dark. Sharp car and drove beautifully.

In Lexington, I found a 2001 Cobra for $23,000. They were willing to trade on the spot for my truck. (The salesman said he would give me 10K for my truck, and I got in the drivers side and was about to drive off. He said "what would it take?" I said $20k and he said ok. Damn insurance company was gonna charge me nearly 5K a year to drive it, though.) The cars are out there, you just gotta find 'em.
