guess America went to far in WWII as well with Hitler?
Your logic says "YES" we did, same thing, different time

No not the same thing far from it. Why didn´t you go in 6 years ago.

As a matter of fact that is ONE of the reasons. Do you not have any forum of media in your country that “actually” broadcast any thing near the truth? I am hoping your not depending on news broadcast from France. That would put you so far back in times.

Yes one of the reason what are the other???
No i don´t have the news from France do you ???? I mostly look at CNN ,SKY, BBC, also from Germany and OF course Iceland..
01 XLT Sport From What other Cannels than a USA do you watch???

I would take that is a mis-quote. I believed you mean America? Well then again America IS the richest nation in the world.
So where about does Iceland fall as far as wealthy nations? Somewhere around 10 – 20? I only ask because I am not sure. I am pretty sure they don’t make a top 5 or 10 list.

Isn´t Canada nr1?? I thing Iceland is nr 5..

roggi iceland, it's good to see what some one outside the "Coalition" thinks of this situation. We are deffinitely limited as far as recieving unbias information. Our news media seems to always have to put a spin on what ever headline they are covering. I do get my information from the mainstream media but have never taken it as "all fact".

I support my government in this conflict. There are a lot of things that my government does that I don't support but this conflict is not one of them. Perhaps the timing is not exactly right but I do believe that if something is not done Saddam could end up being more like Hitler. His role model is Stalin, that can't be good.

The thing I hope most is that people from countries around the globe don't judge the people of the US by the action of our government.

EnglishAdam, it sounds like many you over there are feeling like many of us here in the US. I am proud that our coutries are working together on this conflict. I think in the end it will make both countries stronger and also strengthen our ties. Perhaps it will even bring the citizens of each countey closer.

No I'm not trying to be the F150 ambassador, I'm just interested in what people think.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, now I know you have absolutely no idea of what your talking about.

As far as wealthiest countries:
Canada number 1 and Iceland number 5… That is funny as hell.

Oh, well when the ice thaws over there get out and get some fresh air, may prove to clear you mind.

So you supported Hitler during WWII and now you support Saddam, truly sad…

Without putting my neck out on the chopping block here, Russia has had a Blue Light Special on all of their latest military equip the last few years to give them a cash cow. Unfortunately for Russia, they have been behind the times for quite awhile. BUT.. some of their detection equipment has worked on our missles. Not cool.

Just like France has helped the biological weapons program in Iraq along with Germany. Germany also providing its engineering superiority by building state of the art bunkers for the regime.

I think France and Germany should be booted out of the UN period, simply because of their dirty hands.

No country should get ANY $ for us to use their land or airspace to engage in freedom. Infact, it should be a fockin honor for them to host our military. They might learn a few things.

There's been too much of "You can use our airspace but we want $20 Billion freebie" for my liking.

The deal should be - You are either with us, or against us.

No more handouts, no more loans, no more favourable trade agreements, NO MORE MR NICE GUY.

I know that the majority of these handouts will come from you guys in the US and it sickens me to see you getting ripped off like this.

EnglishAdam, I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate England being the only other country in the world with a set. Your guys are risking their lives, too, and all of the troops are in my prayers and thoughts, American and British.

Thanks.

Although I call myself English (because I am) it is British Forces who are there.

Soldiers from the Scots Guards, Royal Irish, The Gurkhas (very fierce little Nepalese) and many others as well as the English Regiments.

All great troops.

Let's hope Mr Bush is also giving away 100 million contracts to the Brits and not just to American companies and certainly not only to his closests "friends". In this case **** Cheney.

OK, here's a stock tip. probably insider information because I am in the oil industry.

French and Russian companies hold the contracts to develop the Northern oilfields around Kirkuk once the sanctions were over.

Obviously, these will be cancelled in favour of US companies.

**** Cheney was CEO of Halliburton. They are one of the largest oil sevice companies in the world.

Haliburton pays **** a pension and he has a stock option.

Buy Haliburton stock now.

Why not use half of the oil sales profit from Iraq[once they are free of Sadaam] to pay for the war, and the other half to rebuild Iraq.....then let the people of Iraq share in the Wealth.

I believe we are doing Iraq a huge favor by freeing them of Sadaams wrath, and doing so at the cost of brave U.S and British troops...God bless them all.

Part of the reason we are there is because of Sadaams ties to terrorism and his quest for bigger and better wmd's to eventually use against the free world...so maybe they could split the bill with us.

Does this make sense to anyone else?
