here is the list of mods

MTI Stage 2 ported heads/"mild" cam, MAC headers, MAC Y-pipe, (stock cats), Borla, MTI Power Induction(updated in 2001), MTI underdrive pulley.

Made 405 RWHP with above mods

MODS since last dyno: 3.73 gear, LS1 Edit ,Hyperstat thermostat, LS6 intake, ported TB, SLP smooth bellows, Granatelli MAF, TB coolant bypass, Free Ram Air mod, Pro 5.0 shifter(with Hurst ****).

need to dyno it soon, i bet with the mods after the last dyno it should be at about 435RWHP???????

 

 

Awsome ride man, but are you sure you are on the right board? Most of us here have Lightnings.

 

my gf just got an 01 ss, pretty damn fast, but those things are a major pain in the *** to get in and out of. hers is 6spd t-top leather...and the stock speakers rule

yea, I know this is a lightning board, but i have read this board for about a year before posting, and when i did start posting, it was when i was deciding to get an SS, or an L, just thought i'd share the pics

the owner said that it will run 11.6s' on F1's....he doesnt even know what time it will run on slicks.

 

lol nitrous worries me a bit, but who knows, but for now its all good..

 

Nice SS! I have a 97 red SS myself 6 spd. No pics though sorry. It has gray leather and t-tops also. Car number 1289. Dont let these L guys annoy you, they mean well. Just kiddin fellas. Mike

I have a 96 Cobra and a 03 Lightning and I have always been fond of the F-bodies. The only reason that I didn't buy a TA in 96 is because of the hp. I am one of those people that don't care whare or who made it as long as it is fast. We are all in the same game, the quest for FAST adrenaline.

 

That ride looks very familiar, at least the front if it...which is the view I see from the rear view mirror of my Cobra......................but I'm sure with a few more mods you can keep up.....
