So, what do you think about the 49ers hirind Dennis Erickson as their coach? Like him or hate him?

 

i dont hate him. he took oregon state to 3 bowl games i believe it was, so the man is a good coach. i read somewhere (i cant remember if it was in the paper or online) that he was expecting the team (49ers) to have a championship within a year, so the man is determined. i think it will be interesting to see how they do next season

 

Yeah, he definitely is decent, but I know that the general consensus around Miami is that he stinks, and a lot of people down there just flat out hate him. Well, that and I didn't know any other Canes on this board and I wanted to talk to someone who remembers when he was there at Miami.

 

yea youre right, hes not very liked down here, but we (canes) did win 2 national championships under him , so i cant hate him too much
