I had a 19 year old come look at my Gixxer1000 that I have for sale. He had no riding experience only 400cc enduro for a few months. I told him to check out insurance before he bought it trying to deter him. A few days later he called back and said the cheapest he found for only liability was $160 a MONTH. And then he actually asked why was it so high. Humm I wonder.......

just plain stupid, why risk your life to show off?
i've had more then a few broken bone, a couple that kept me from even running down the street for 2 years. i just don't think its worth it.
plus, its ok to do that stuff with nobody else around, but on the freeway? thats worse then street racing.

I was known as Wheelie when I was a Kid (dam that was a long time ago) 
I use to Stand um straight up and drive wheelie's like that 20 years ago when we didn't have the response and power they have now. We use to have to pull up on the bars with all you got to get that sucker up, now they just give it a little gas 
An old Short Track Buddy from Florida taught me, we were quite insane, I even had nitrous on a Kawi Z-1 Prototype. Later I got a Z-1R Prototype, I bored it out to 1125 (I think it was), 4 racing carbs, 4 air filters, trick headers, oil cooler, I even re-geared the sprockets, and put a 12 volt car electric fuel pump on it to take in even more gas.

Some of that stuff was just outright stupid. I see no thrill in front brake lock up's and that dude sliding into the white wall was funny as schitt. I laughed my *** off on that part
The two dudes standing it straight up on the rear light was impressive, great balancing.
