I did it in adobe photoshop 7.0. I gotta resize it. It is a little big. Which part do you need to know how to do?

 

The distortion is pretty cool, how did you do that?

 

The distortion is simple. Just open your picture in photoshop and hit filter-->blur-->motion blur. Use the tool to distort parts of the picture. Sorry it took me so long to reply. That is all there is to that part. Let me know if you need anymore help.
