Anybody watch the fight? Looked rigged to me. So they paid that guy a million dollar (on the books) to take a dive in the first round. When he got knocked down, he took his mouthpiece out right away. Freakin BS.

 

it only went 1 round? i wouldnt pay to see tyson fight anymore, he's a sideshow, only worth the ESPN clips....on the other hand roy jones jr. is fighting next sat, moving up to heavy weight, can't wait.

 

It went 49 seconds...it was on Showtime because I don't think anybody in their right mind would do a pay per view for that idiot.

 

I caught the entire fight before I was finished with one cigarette.

I'm pissed i missed that fight. I wish Tyson was still the way he was back in the day. a true fighter. like someone said. he's just a side show now. he doesnt even care. either i say **** that guy. and thats coming from a hardcore tyson fan.

 

Its a shame that what was once a great fighter has been turned into a side-show clown. I think the people that pay for fights are getting feed up with him.

The ONLY reason that he is still parading around in the ring, is because there is not a good group of heavyweight fighters as there once was. The talent pool is very shallow, so the promoters will put Mike in the ring to make a buck

My problem with this is everyone's willingness to support a rapest! I am unable to get past that, and would never bless him with any kind of status because of that.

I find it sad that we don't care what anyone does to people as long as he can do something we can't. We in America take that ole line, forgive and forget too far. There are evil people in this world and we should not support them and enable them to hurt the weak again.

Any thing or any person in the name of entertainment ;that feeling is comes from weakness. Yes, you also should throw a lot of other sport people in there also. Hell, why don't we just send millions to the prisoners in jail to thank them for giving us something to read in the new paper!

If someone offered me a milion bucks to let Tyson hit me, I might take it. But why the %uck would i want him to hit me twice if I get paid in full for one. The problem isn't with Showtime or the promoters or anyone else trying to make a buck off of peoples stupidity. Tyson SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED BACK IN THE RING ONCE OUT. PERIOD. Biting Holyfield should have been his last act in the ring. Then the shoving and threatening the ref in England....?? I mean come on..... Chemical imbalance or not there's no excuse. It's all about the money.Aside from all this I don't care how good a shape he's in, if you saw the the Lewis fight you saw that he's a has been against a real contender.
