I believe those are the midgets on the French army front lines. It tends to scare the enemy at first, then the enemy just kicks their @ss for being so freaky...

If first reactions aren't a good predictor...I almost barfed when I saw the picture. Oh yeah, that could be because i just had some ice-cream.
