I went to the Buffalo car show yesterday & spent 6 hours looking at some of the nicest vehicles I've seen in a long time. Of course, they were ALL Ford's!
The 2005 Mustang is GORGEOUS! I don't care for the dash much (RUST color on any vehicle is not good! LOL!) but that was the ONLY thing I'd like them to change - the rest of the car is perfect! I haven't been exicited by any car in years - this 1 got my heart pounding! Can't wait for them to show up at dealers!
The rest of the show was so so - not many trucks - 1 SD, 1 F250 & 1 F150 & then the 2004 F150 which you can't get close to. I was hoping they'd have a cut away of the new 5.4 motor - no such luck. I was also disappointed in not seeing the Lightning there. Our Convention Center isn't large enough for a good display & there isn't any other indoor venue to hold this in.
Just wanted to let you know that if you have a chance to see the show, the Mustang is definitely worth it! Go Ford!

 

The thing I like about the car shows is you can lift the hoods, open the doors and sit in the vehicles without being hassled by a salesman and see most all of the competitions cars under one roof.

 

CL they didnt have a L at the StLouis auto show either i was pissed. Buy i did get to see the HD,Tonka concept, and the new "49" that Ford made. WOW that is a slick car!! If you could hear it run, you would faint!!

Did you see the new Mercury Maurader? My dad is thinking of getting one!

I also would like to see the Gen 3 Lightning in person, I think there might be one sitting in my garage in 05. Atleast my 01 will be paid for by then
