5.4 in there truck. I have a 5.4 reg cab stepside n/a NOT a lightning and know of only 4 others from both sites. Who has one? Or who has a reg cab fleetside 5.4? From my research and understanding this is mroe rare than the Lightnings and am jsut trying to research this.

I think I have the rarest of all - an 00 5.4L supercab ORP w/ 8' bed, and two tone paint According to Ford's web page the ORP wasn't available w/ the supercab and 8' bed. The two tone paint on my truck wasn't suppose to be available for some reason either.

*****Back on topic= You're right, I cant think of ever seeing a regular cab/flareside other than the Lightning. ...Unless they're all turned into wannabe lightnings and I cant tell the difference by look

 

One of my cousins has a reg cab with the 5.4, but his is a fleetside. He said it was one of the only ones on the lot. I have seen alot of reg cab flaresides, just not many with the 5.4

between 97 and 01 it was ORP (Offroad Package).
Starting in 02, Ford changed it to FX4

 

Thats why that was the first thing I thought of
