The H2 according to motortrend has approx. 80% of the offroad ability as the H1, if you needed it thats impressive but the price well to each his own.

I'd rather have a new Chevy HD with the Duramax than the H2. And with the money saved I could get a Jeep.

Just for information the h2 is built in a plant right beside the h1 plant here in Mishawaka, In. They are both tested on the old AM-General test track.

Hey guys,
My wife's boss got a H2 about 2 months ago. He lets us take it any time we want. It is not a bad truck but it is F...ing huge!! I thought that my ext cab was big. It feels like you are looking across a football field. The hood is BIG. I think the H2 rides like a good truck. It still feels stought but doesn't ride like a lumber wagon. It has good power, but I thought that it would have more. I think that for $55,000 you should be able to smoke most sports cars, and drive over them too!!!! I think if I took my truck, or a new F150 for that matter and stuck $20,000 in to it, I would have a better truck all around.
That was an unbiased first hand account of MY opinion.

Mike
