I would like to know more mostly because I had conflicting info from my dealer.

Thanks. I sure was hoping to find out there were better news. Not sure what is available but my date looks like further away than comparable other orders at around the same time.

I am not expecting any changes it is being scheduled so far out but what is the date before the ETA? Could it be when the dealer placed the order? I have ordered and placed a depsoit on Jun 21st.

My dealer now tells me the "production date is August 20 which is a week later than the originaly assigned "built date". Is the 20th completed date or jsut pushed back another week? Thanks.

still as i posted before
scheduled build day is when the vehicle is scheduled to be started
that could be at 1am or at 11.59pm
if there is a equipment breakdown, it would be pushed back some.....

When I questioned him about how come Aug 13th built date slipped to Aug 20th built date being a change in a good direction, this is what I've got; "The build date moved closer in comparison to the prior weeks report." Am I being BSed to a third degree?

 

What's your gut say?
I don't want to get between your dealer and you.
All i will tell you is the status of your vehicle's order.

 

I imagine he has access to the same information you may have or he is relying on what is available to him in what he calls "weekly reports". My gut says he BSing but on the other hand I am going to sit tight and wait. He assures me that my trade in appraisal is going to stay the way they did it when I placed the order and I have no reason to take him on his word as is. If he were to tell me he has no clue when, I'd accept that too but it annoyed me somehow that the dates he shared with me are "moving in the right direction" all the while nothing is changing. Thanks again for your time.

in the Sticky 03/26/12 Tracking request rules (please read before posting), you'll see this:

The window sticker will not be available till the build order is send to a plant, which is usually no more then 7 days before build date, so keep trying.

Any status changes?

I am hoping that you get a chance to take a look before you leave for your trip. It is six days before the scheduled build date but no sticker yet which makes me wonder if it slipped. There is no material hold according to delaer (two weeks ago). If the built does not start on the 13th, I am going to cancel and repalce the order with a 2013.

Enjoy your trip and allocate room for beer accordingly and never neglect the Austrian pastries to finish up each meal.
