I think he's referring to the Ash Tray placard that some of the special edition trucks have.

 

yes thae ashtray plaquard i know from the vin the truck is number 58938 truck to leave ford but then it went of to be customized by tecstar ,unique performance and chip foose and there are only suppose to be 500 or less of there moded f150 fx2 in 2008 and they have a build sequence tag that says FOOSE

kinda looks like that ive exhausted all my leads foose design ,ford canada ,ford performance , quantum tecstar, unique performance who went bank rupt thatnks again

It appears to me that ford is out of the picture. If tecstar and foose design cant help you out, i have no idea who can. I might have missed it, but have you talked to the Ford part's guys at a dealership?

 

yes i have even the original dealer ship where it was first sold i just find it hard to believe that for can sell 500 or so of these truck with out a paper trail or some sort of attachment to the vin to identify the the custom portion of the truck

 

I'm positive there is a paper trail. Just have to find somebody that gives a damn and is willing to help you. Lots of luck
