The dealer called today and said they have never seen a vehicle take so long. At 1:30pm they called someone and gave the VIN number and a bunch of other information. They aren't sure if it will help, but at least they are finally making an effort. Maybe it will be soon.

Dealer called again today to let me know the field rep called and said it was on a truck and would be shipped tomorrow. May I have an update please?

That's funny. Does that mean it is actually in route? Or just on a truck waiting to go?

 

it's been sitting there for so long, it couldn't have stayed much longer anyways......
my experience is, no matter who calls or sends emails....they ship when they're ready.

good question....we know it is loaded on a truck but still shows Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck,....so, either it's waiting for a driver or it has left and it don't show new info yet.
when they ship on truck, there is no update till it gets to the destination....not like rail, because truck rides are relative short distances, as is in your case.

Should be in Miamisburg , Ohio by tomorrow in my opinion.
