I was hoping you could track my order. It was entered on 12/22/11, but i haven't received a VIN from my dealer yet, he says there is some sort of delay on the 20" wheels, and I was hoping you could advise as to what is going on.

Unscheduled- Material Hold
Your A-Plan...... the Materials-manager at your location can find out for you.

 

Another week has gone by and I am still on a mateiral hold, any ideas on finding out what the hold is, and who I should escalate to? It's frustrating to have an order in for almost 30 days and see no progress.

 

Some orders without a Material Hold take a month to schedule as well. I am checking every day. As soon as i see it scheduled, I'll let you know.
