Steering wheel squeak ?
When I turn my steering wheel there is a squeaking sound like something is rubbing.Anyone else have this.

Sounds like the pitman arm. It needs to be replaced or lubricated by using a needle attached to your grease gun.

I should have mentioned the noise is right in the wheel,possibly rubbing something where it is mounted.

There is a bearing in there that needs a shot if Silicone Lube. Fixes it. Its in the stearing columb inside the truck.
