Yes and no.The late 2000s and above use an aux cooler in front of the radiator and the radiator.

There is a TSB- to redo the 99-early 2000's it only had the aux cooler in the fron of the radiator.

So not knowing what year yours is..

Hi Mach1

I dont have a PSD. Was just curious if they came OEM standard or option a/t cooler.

I priced out a new 03 PSD 6L with new a/t...(roughly $6500. MSRP) No...didnt get down to bottom line...was up to $41,000+t&L, the way i want it.

Had to stop and catch my breath. Sure looks good on paper.

Tks....OT

BTW...my local dealer says can order one...but at the present..they want have a demo. till maybe late Dec or Jan 04.

yeah, they have coolers on them as well as the radiator 'cooler'...The 5r110 is supposed to be one mean trans...They are raving over this one and the G2...Just wait a couple of months and you will get one for a lot less...Ford has a winner here and it will bring alot of gassers over as well as the other brand people...But they cant do like chev and not lower the price..It has to be lower to mid 30's...not like the 40+ chev/durajap..They are going to facelift this truck i believe next year..Then the camless, which I anm going to get...

Hello Mach 1,
I was just wondering, what kind of shift kit did you install in your trans.? I just installed a Bully Dog shift kit in my auto trans. and so far, it shifts better especially from third to fourth. Thanks. Bugman.

You got me on that one, I didn't even know Bully dog had shift kits..

I use the one of choice on this website and the other...Transgo...

It kind of just firmed the shifts up...I still haven't heard of one that takes care of the 2-3 non-existant shift...

Do you know of any???

The transgo is ok, I think all of them just boost pressures and dont attack the different individual shifts, I have heard of a chip being programmed that addresses alot of this however, I am going to get a custom burned chip and see if this is true..I know it helps for shift flare and T/C lock-up...this alone is enough for me to get the custom burned chip...I am going to talk to Goochy about one..
