I thought maybe you F250 boys might know how to hook up a brake controller. I will get the fully electronic one, no hydraulic to tap into. I just need to know how to hook up the (4 wires I think). I would also like to know kinda how they work. The brakes on my 76 aren't that stout, so I need some braking for my 24,000 gross I will be pulling this summer through the ozark hills.

 

the connector should be in your truck allready. in the center below the ash tray just over the hump. any truck store will have the connector that plug's into the ford harness under the dash. that you can tap into. and they are color coded.
