Talking Pressure with 285's

Well I got the Dueler A/T's and so far I like them very much. The ride is dramatically improved. The question I have is those with this size of tire, what pressure are you running? I set these to 50 front and 45 rear to get the tire patches even. Any input is always welcome.

I have a 2000 F-250 SD XLT Ext. Cab 4X4 with the V-10 engine. I normally run 40 psi back and forth to work in by BFG All-Terrain T/A's 285/75R16's. When I tow my 26 foot 6000-7000 lbs travel trailer I normally bring the pressure up to 50 psi. Running at 40 psi seems to give a little better wet traction in the rain. I have had the tires about four months and have put a little over 2000 miles on them. So far so good.
