Fuel Filter

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to change a fuel filter on my new 99 F-250 it has 45,00 miles and it has never been changed. The side of the filter says it is pressurised. By the way it's a 7.3L Diesel. Thanks

Wear saftey glasses to protect your eyes from any chance fuel will spray out when you remove the old filter.
