Anybody know how to remove headrests?

Anybody know how to remove headrests?
My cousin is trying to put on his seat covers on his 2001 f150 buckets and cannot remove the headrests.Anyone know the secret ??

Well, my '01 Super Duty has a button on one side which you depress to adjust it, and a little recessed button on the opposite side, which you push in w/ a screwdriver to pull the headrest right out! Maybe the 150 uses the same arrangement. Good luck.
