06 F250 Front Hub Won't Unlock

06 F250 5.4L Ext Cab, Front Right Hub will not unlock.

Auto does not work, I assume I have a failed seal, but I haven't checked yet, simply manualy lock both sides when I need.

But I want to fix the locked up hub, is it a hub replacement, or what do I open up?

Thanks, I can use that info to find my trouble spot (seal fail).

As for locking hub, I removed and it was not well lubed, old and sticky grease. So I sprayed down with PB Lubricant, and with hub in auto, pressed the inner plate a number of times until it unlocked. Then greased it with wheel bearing grease, including turning the now free inner sprocket. Tried it a couple times (Auto -> Lock -> Auto), and it still hung up periodically. Installed it unlocked and will try it this weekend

So ran 4x4 this weekend, on Saturday passenger side unlocked fine, on Sunday it did not (it's still locked).

So before I buy the Front Locking Hub Service Seal Kit (5C3Z1K106AB), which gives apparently gives and extra seal, is there a service procedure to follow?
Is it okay to soak the gears in auto solvent?
How do you lubricate between the inner gear and outer if it does't disassemble?

Removed it, soaked in solvent, got it quite clean and it switched ok, but still felt a minor hang up, lubed and reinstalled, but it only switched for a couple of weekends then stuck again.

So I bought a replacement from RockAuto, by Ford
