Yep. Just was looking for an 'easy out' solution. Heck, they'll keep the truck for a day and tell me it's the lithium grease I sprayed onto the connector. I had my truck in 3 times with 2 different dealers dealing with the DEF gauge. No one could tell me why the DEF meter would not equal to what's left in the tank. Me - solution - disconnect the batteries and then reconnect. Perfect and fixed! Called both dealers to inform them of the solution. They never thought of that. They were all worried about the math to be applied and the technical 90 page supplement.

Sometimes it is simple.
Hate to vent, but reading this irritated me. lol
That is why it is hard to find competent workers. Everything is turning into a "service" world, versus people that learn in the field. By you know, that little thing called "hard work". I would rather hire someone that has been in the ditches and trenches, rather than some kid from college. You can throw all the textbooks, math, etc, but you won't make'em think practical.
