Triton to intech

hey guys I bought a cheap 2002 navigator with a 5.4 for a cool donor motor in my 2002 f250 super-duty I was told if we just swap computers it would be easy. Problem is now we can’t get it to run right. Any suggestions?

I can't help but the question that popped up in my mind is; Did it run right before in the Navigator?

Did you look at the wiring schematics?
