P0307 code

Hey,
I'm new to this site. I drive a 2002 F250 5.4, 4x4. 195,000 miles. This issues is only 1 of 3 I've ever had since owning it at 68k. First was fuel pump several years ago. Second was number 3 coil. But, it didn't act like this. My truck at idle is really rough and lacks power no matter what speed or RPM. Code that came up was P0307. One funny thing. Engine light never came on. I.m not worried about changing the coil nor plug.
Just want some input as to if it may be something else.

Check the fuel pressure. Even though the pump is not so old, there is no specific life of a fuel pump that you can count on. Put a couple bottles of Gumout for high mileage engines in the tank. You need to fix the miss asap because it could ruin the cats.

Thanks for the advice. Check the fuel pressure before and after, both read good. I replaced #7 coil and plug. Coil was real brittle. Had to remove the fuel rail. Putting it back on was the hardest part. I used Vaseline on the o rings. I was going to use wd40. But wasn't too sure. I did pour a bottle of gum out in too.
Code is cleared and running like a champ.
