2008 5.4l F250 VPWR/MAFS/ECT Fuse Keeps Blowing
Hi, I'm here trying to help fix a relative's F250 Super Duty. It's a 2008 5.4L gas super duty at 180k miles. The engine was replaced 2 years ago (Jasper) and still has a year left on the warranty.
The truck will start fine but runs rough. Gave this problem while driving and was a pain to get it back. If the fault codes are cleared, they come right back.
With the given codes, I traced it to fuse #74 which is for "VPWR: HEGO, CMS, MAFS, EVMV, CMCV, VCT, IMTV". Upon inspection, the fuse was blown, after replacing, it immediately blows again.
Codes (current):
P0010
P0020
P0054
P0141 - O2 Sensor Circuit bank 1 sensor 2
P0155 - O2 Sensor Circuit bank 2 sensor 1
Codes (pending):
P0020
P0102 - MAF Circuit
P0135 - O2 Sensor Circuit bank 1 sensor 1
P0141 - O2 Sensor Circuit bank 2 sensor 2
P0161
P0443
Codes (grayed?):
P0135
P0155
P2006 - Intake Manf Runner Control Stuck Closed bank1 a
I'm guessing it has to deal with a short or the O2 sensors. But I'm looking to get a second opinion; especially where I may want to look for a short (or if this can be covered under warranty). Thanks!

Start by doing a visual exam of the wiring harnesses for all four o2 sensors paying particular attention to them staying off the exhaust manifold and, if 4x4, the front axles.
After that, it gets harder.
