Is it worth it?

I have a 2006 Ford F-150 fx4 screw with 134k and am looking to trade for a F250 4x4 screw. Getting a camper and don't want any issues with pulling it. I found a 2006 6.0 all stock in good shape with 183k miles on it. My what are your opinions on the 6.0's that are not bulletproofed? And would it be worth it in the last no run? Thanks for the help.

Junk. Look for one with a gas V10.

I wonder how many times it overheated in the first 190,000 miles?
